This important feature can help cover medical expenses, legal fees, and potential settlements—providing you with peace of mind.

Given the high cost of living and rising property values in California, having comprehensive homeowners insurance is not just a recommendation—it's essential. It ensures that your most significant investment is protected and that you remain financially stable when faced with unexpected events.

Commercial Auto Insurance

Trucking, Hotshot, Lawn services and more

Commercial auto insurance is a type of policy designed to provide coverage for vehicles used for business purposes. This insurance helps protect businesses from the financial consequences of vehicle accidents, theft, and other risks associated with the operation of commercial vehicles. Here are some key components of commercial auto insurance:

  1. Liability Coverage: Covers bodily injury and property damage that your business is legally responsible for after an accident involving a company vehicle.
  2. Physical Damage Coverage: Includes collision coverage (for damage to your vehicle resulting from a collision) and comprehensive coverage (for damage from non-collision incidents like theft, vandalism, or natural disasters).
  3. Medical Payments Coverage: Covers medical expenses for injuries sustained by the driver and passengers in your business vehicle, regardless of fault.
  4. Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage: Provides protection if your vehicle is involved in an accident with a driver who either doesn't have insurance or doesn't have enough insurance to cover the damages.
  5. Hired and Non-Owned Auto Coverage: Covers vehicles that your business rents or borrows, as well as personal vehicles used for business purposes.
  6. Cargo Coverage: Protects the goods being transported in your commercial vehicle.
  7. Rental Reimbursement: Covers the cost of renting a vehicle if your business vehicle is being repaired due to a covered loss.

Commercial auto insurance is essential for businesses that rely on vehicles for their operations, such as delivery services, transportation companies, construction businesses, and any other enterprise that uses vehicles to conduct work-related activities.

Need state fillings? We got you covered.

In California, commercial vehicle operators may need to file specific state filings to comply with state regulations and ensure they are legally allowed to operate. These filings are particularly important for businesses in the transportation industry
